Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. The paper is wound around a quill to create a basic coil shape. The paper is glued at the tip and the coil shaped, these shaped coils are arranged to form flowers, leaves, and various ornamental patterns.Paper Quilling is often used today to decorate scrapbook pages, wedding invitations, greeting cards and craft boxes. It continues to grow in popularity because of the inexpensive cost of materials.
Materials : Quilling Tool , Paper is also needed and comes precut, but you can also cut your own, in 1/8” strips.Glue is needed to put your project together.
